Coen treats all employees like family, because we are one. The company was started 100 years ago by the grandfather of the 2 brothers who run the company today – Andy and Charlie McIlvaine. If there’s one thing that we’ve done consistently for 100 years – it’s giving back. Our family was born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, and there’s nothing more important than giving back to the community that raised us. From helping the local youth, to education support, to hospitals and research, to supporting the local baseball team, we given hundreds of thousdans of dollars to various charities throughout our long history, and we’ll keep counting!
